This Privacy Policy explains how Conduit Commerce, Inc. and its affiliates (“Conduit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information through our public-facing websites, landing pages, forms, events, communications, and other online or offline interactions that link or refer to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when individuals visit our websites, request a demo, download materials, sign up for updates, communicate with us, engage with our marketing or recruiting efforts, or otherwise interact with us in a business or professional context.
This Privacy Policy does not govern personal information we process on behalf of customers through our hosted products and services where we act as a service provider, processor, or similar role under a separate agreement. In those cases, the customer’s privacy policy and the applicable contract govern, and individuals should direct requests about that data to the relevant customer.

If you apply for a role with us, we may collect information such as resume details, employment history, education history, references, work authorization information, and communications related to your application.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through our public websites unless you choose to provide it. Please do not submit sensitive information through web forms unless specifically requested and protected through an appropriate process.

  • directly from you, such as when you submit a form, request a demo, subscribe, apply for a role, or contact us;

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about individuals.
Depending on how our advertising and analytics tools are configured, applicable privacy law may treat certain cookie- or advertising-related disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. If that applies, affected individuals may have the right to opt out, as described below.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain advertising or analytics practices may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” under California law.
