Yes, there are decoration setup charges. Decoration setup charges are one-time fees that cover the preparation needed to customize your products with your logo or design. These fees vary depending on the item and are either $100, $45, or $0 for certain items. We’ll confirm the exact fee when you place your order. Once you’ve ordered a certain product with your logo and paid the one-time decoration setup charge, you’ll never have to pay the decoration set-up charge again, even if you are ordering that same product in a different color or size.
Here’s how the process works:
- Browse our online catalog and identify the products you want.
- Click the Contact Us button and email us the product SKUs, quantities, and any specific requirements.
- Include a high-resolution vector file of your logo (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF preferred).
- We’ll create and send you a digital proof of your logo on the product for approval.
- Once you approve the digital proof, we produce one decorated sample and charge the decoration setup fee at this stage.
- We send you photos of the sample or ship it to you for approval.
- Upon your final approval, we proceed with the full production run.
Yes, minimum order quantities apply and vary by product. However, multiple sizes or colors of the same SKU all count toward the same MOQ, making it easy to mix and match within a product line.
Absolutely! You can order products in various colors and sizes, as long as the total quantity meets the MOQ for the item.
Lead times depend on the specific product and quantity ordered. Once we receive your order details, we’ll provide an estimated timeline for production, including time for proofs, sample production, and shipping.
We require a vector logo file in .ai / Illustrator format! Once we’ve received it, we can easily do white, black, or tonal colors of embroidery on the product, all of which we’ll share digital mock-ups of.
