Can I add in my own margin as a dealer?

Yes, you’re able to set your own margins as long as price remains above supplier-specified MAP.

Will orders be shipped to my warehouse or directly to my customer?

You have the option to let customers pick up from you or have it shipped to their home.

How can I order a sample?

Customers or store personnel can click the sample button included in the product specifications / checkout pages when purchasing a product to order a 1x1 sample. There will be a limit of 10 samples per order.

Where can I view and manage all the online orders we receive?

You can view and manage all your online orders within your storefront dashboard in Shopify. The Conduit team will show you how to access this during onboarding.

What is required from my (the dealer’s) end to stand this up?

1-2 meetings between your website manager and our team to understand your site layout, payout system, and style guide.  We’ll then build out the storefront, which you can add a link to on  your website.

How do we get in touch if we’re having an issue?

You will receive email and phone access to your dedicated Conduit account representative as soon as we start onboarding.

What order confirmation notices does the customer receive?

This can be customized to your needs. Typically, customer will receive a Prestige Mills branded order confirmation directly from the Prestige team, and one from you, which can be set up in your Shopify dashboard.

Will I be able to adjust the store layout, products, customer communications, etc. post launch?

Yes, the Conduit team will ensure that your team is trained on how to manage your storefront.

How do returns / cancellations work?

Returns will not be supported for custom-sized area rugs, as they will need to be custom-fabricated by Prestige. We help you clearly communicate this to the customer on your custom-shopping experience.
